Patterns Night
Patterns’ night take place every Friday night (7:30pm-9pm) and are held at Mountsorrel Methodist Church Centre, Churchill Road, Mountsorrel, LE12 7JB.
These classes are for red belts, black stripes and black belts only. These nights comprising patterns only will improve your confidence and how you deal with pressure.
These sessions are not compulsory but they will improve your chances at the Black Belt grading. Please take the
opportunity to improve your patterns (which carry 70% of the marks on your grading).
